Call for Papers (Round 2) for NVJS 10

New Voices in Japanese Studies Call for Papers now openDec 6, 2017: Didn’t make it in time for the last Call for Papers? Then you’re in luck! We’ve just opened a second-round CFP for volume 10, which is scheduled for publication in mid-2018.

You can submit to NVJS if you are a current or recent Honours or Masters student, PhD candidate or if you are a recent PhD graduate. Note that you must be either from, or residing in, Australia or New Zealand to be eligible.

As a dedicated platform for emerging scholars, NVJS offers support and detailed feedback to:

  • guide first-time authors through the publication process,
  • improve academic writing skills, and
  • help early-career researchers produce a rigorously edited and peer-reviewed publication
