June 9, 2021: We’re delighted to introduce Dr Gwyn McClelland as the Guest Editor of our upcoming volume. Gwyn is a historian of Japan who completed his PhD at Monash University in 2018 and was appointed to University of New England in 2020 as a lecturer in Japanese.
Importantly for us, Gwyn is also one of our many #NVJSalumni, having published a review in NVJS 11. NVJS specialises in publishing work by emerging scholars, and our strong mentoring focus includes supporting and creating opportunities for our past authors where we can.
With this in mind, we’re very excited to welcome Gwyn back to NVJS in an editorial capacity, and we hope that his term at the helm of NVJS will help him to build his skills further and lead on to bigger and better things.
